At A؟K Coffee, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a clear and reliable online ordering experience. This policy explains the terms applicable to order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before preparation has started by contacting us through:

Once preparation has started, an order may not be cancellable, particularly for food and beverages prepared specifically for the customer.

  1. Food & Beverage Products

Due to the nature of food and beverages prepared to order, products generally cannot be returned after preparation or delivery merely because the customer has changed their mind.

However, if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the order and product. We will review the mafter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable laws.

  1. Incorrect or Defective Products

If a customer receives an incorrect product or a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer should contact A؟K Coffee using the contact details provided above.

Following verification, we may, depending on the circumstances:

  • Replace the product;
  • Refund the value of the affected product; or
  • Provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable laws.
  1. Delayed or Unfulfilled Orders

If an order is delayed or not fulfilled in circumstances that give the customer a statutory cancellation

or refund right, A؟K Coffee will handle the cancellation and refund in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations.

  1. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the amount will be returned through the applicable payment method in accordance with applicable laws and procedures. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

  1. Special Products and Promotions

Certain products or promotional offers may be subject to specific terms that will be disclosed to the customer before completing the purchase, provided that such terms do not conflict with applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
